"It's class warfare and my class is winning." Warren Buffett

The value of any commodity, ... to the person who possesses it, and who means not to use or consume it himself, but to exchange it for other commodities, is equal to the quantity of labour which it enables him to purchase or command. Labour, therefore, is the real measure of the exchangeable value of all commodities. (Adam Smith, Wealth of Nations Book 1, chapter V.)

The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works....(Barack Obama)

Thurman Adams on Biden Not Showing for the Sussex County Jamboree

It's only the first time that an African American has been nominated by a major party as their presidential candidate. It's only the first time that a Delawarean has been nominated as a vice presidential candidate. But even that isn't enough of a reason for state senate Pro Tem "Slick & Slippery" Thurman Adams to excuse Sen. Biden from missing the Sussex County jamboree.
"The only thing bad about this," said state Sen. Thurman Adams, D-Bridgeville, "is that Joe and Beau (Biden's son and Delaware's attorney general) were supposed to be here. I guess they have better things to do now."

blog it
He laments that Biden has"better things to do" now. Unbelievable!

I guess so, Thurmy. Like giving an historic speech in Springfield. IL.
Thurman Adams is so full of himself. Why is this provincial cretin ever made the leader of anything?
