BREAKING NEWS: Serious Allegation of Election Fraud

Delaware Watch has just learned that Secretary for the Independent Party of Delaware (IPOD) Wolfgang Von BaumGart has accused IPOD Party Chairperson Frank Simms of forging his name on a Department of Elections form to have Delaware Attorney Thomas Little listed as IPOD's candidate for Lt. Governor.

Wolfgang von BaumGart and Wilmington Attorney Tyler Nixon will appear on the WDEL Rick Jensen show at 1:00 pm to discuss the matter.

UPDATE

Delaware Watch has just received a copy of the form filed with the Department of Elections containing the alleged forged signature. Interestingly, Tom Little, Esq., notarized the form with the alleged forged signature. In effect, he allegedly notarized an alleged forged signature on a form that would make him a candidate for Lt. Governor.

UPDATE 2

Delaware Watch has learned that according to the Department of Elections, the signature of IPOD Secretary Wolfgang von BaumGart was presented as an authentic signature to them and they considered it as such. The Department of Elections has encouraged the appropriate IPOD officer(s) to file a certificate of fraud with them so they can act on it accordingly.
